Why we are building ImageOptimise
Image optimisation is a common task, but many tools add unnecessary steps, restrictive batch limits or unclear processing. Our aim is to create a straightforward experience that works well on desktop and mobile devices.
Privacy by architecture
Supported processing runs inside the visitor's browser. Image files do not need to be transmitted to an ImageOptimise processing endpoint, and each browser tab owns its own temporary batch.
Honest results
Compression results vary because photographs, screenshots and graphics contain different visual information. We report the actual output size and retain the original whenever the processed candidate is not smaller.
A growing global resource
The toolkit covers compression, conversion, resizing, cropping, target-size compression, watermarking and social-media image preparation. Future tools and guides will be added around genuine user needs and search demand.
